Most clubs have sports facilities, such as boxing spaces, pools and courts. To access these, members may be required to pay an extra fee. Personal training is available for those interested. These services are great for people who seek consultation. Members might also utilize this help when they want health and neutron, or fitness and training advice. These trainers will help members meet goals and monitor them during their workouts. Usually these services come at an hourly rate.

A number of services may be offered at these places. Modern clubs often feature snack bars, lounges, restaurants, health shops, cafes and even child-care facilities. It is also common for these to have wellness areas, steam showers and saunas.
