What You Should Know About Hair Cut

Unlike other animals, human beings of many cultures cut their hair, instead of letting it grow naturally. Hairstyles are often used as a sign of cultural, social or ethnic identity and may reflect social status and individuality. Men and women naturally have the same hair, the keratin being the main component of hair cut fiber. Keratins are proteins, long chains of amino acids. Generally, hairstyles fit cultural influences gender. The fashion trends can have a big influence, depending on the person.

Cutting long tress goes back to the oldest. The prophets of Israel cut their hairs and beard. Apolo usually cinched her hairs with a band or with a laurel branch. In the Belvedere statue, there is waving hairs around the neck thrown into the back and tied with a knot. Venus almost always spots knotted variants behind the head supported with a headband.

This hairstyle became popular with the extension of the concept of hygiene in ancient Rome, which consisted of shaving and short hairstyles. Cutting bowl or fungus is one simple type of tress, which is characterized by the formation of a domed cutting hair mass with the same length as the contour head.

The bowl cut got its name because it is usually formed by positioning a bowl on wearer's head, as a guide cut straight it leaves intact the area of hair that covers the container. This style contrasts with a type of cut or shaving of hair pins. Military court or crew cut features a cut occuring in a relatively short length, usually obtained by using razors.

This hairstyle has a cut on the hair gradient around the temporal area, considerably greater length on top of skull and considerably greater length of hairline in contrast to the other sections of shaved hair. This type of cut is usually a regulatory hairstyle among members of armed forces of various countries.

Its name comes from the similarity with horsehair. Ponytails are frequently held at the back or the nape of neck, but also usually formed in the parietal area. It may or may not cover the ear. Pigtails or braids is a popular female hairstyle that features formation of braids identical in both sides.

The hairstyle is characterized by the formation of a bulky mass of hairs which forms a dome structure from the intersection technique (technique of accommodation of tress to prevent falls freely). The beehive is characterized by the formation of a considerably high mass that gives the wearer an appearance of greater height, usually identified with the popular hairstyle among American housewives in the early 60's.

The hairstyle is usually accompanied by bangs, long sections of hairs and side wings, the result was fixed with hairspray. The beehive is also known as B-52, for its similarity to the nose of a B-52 bomber military plane. Bob or bob cut (also known as three-quarter or shingle) is a type of female hairstyle of short length that is characterized by a straight cut which extends up to the jaw or the neck, which often includes all sorts of bangs.
